In Summer of 2016 I leased an upgraded 2017 Audi A4 from Palisades Audi in Nyack, NY. From the moment I drove it off the lot, I embarked upon a seemingly endless journey in frustration, filled with damaged parts, poor customer service, and hours of my life wasted seeking what should have been right from the start.
Having not heard from Audi, despite repeated attempts at communication, I decided to take to the web. My goal is to reach someone that may be able to help solve this issue. Additionally, I hope this site may serve as a forum with other Audi Owners experiencing similar issues.
